Toy Story & Toy Story 2 in 3D

On Tuesday, October 20, 2009, I went to see the double feature Toy Story & Toy Story 2 in 3D.

I have never seen these Pixar features and it was cool to see them, especially in 3D. Now, I actually want to see Toy Story 3, since I know the story behind the first two.

I also did not know that Kelsey Grammer was in the second Toy Story.

Fame

On Tuesday, October 13, 2009, I went to see the movie Fame.

This is a musical remake of the 1982 version... I don't know whether or not they kept the storyline from the original movie/musical or not. I never saw the original.

I can say that this cast is probably more multicultural than the 1982 version. I don't know if they did the story in the same fashion... In this version, they do snip bits of each of the years and the highlights of it... How the major characters grew to where they are.

I don't really think there's a major story... I do think that it shows some of the possible dark sides of the music/performing art industry so, which is rare in many movies...

I do not know if this version is better than the original. I can't say. All I can say is that I enjoyed the performances and I enjoyed the movie.
