Sigh... Am I the ugly duckling?
So, my friend Flavio is having a great start with someone, and looking at those two this evening, I think it'll probably blossom into something. It's the second time they've seen each other, and I've already caught them holding hands, and the dude gave Flavio a good night kiss... So, I'm guessing in about a month, they'll be one of those couple that show their public displays of affections everywhere... You know the type, the couples that you love to hate...
And speaking of bizarre happenings. The three of us, Flavio, boyfriend to be (possibly) and me wanted to get a bubble tea in Chinatown, but when we got there, we thought there was a power failure, and then when we got to the street that Chinatown is on, a passerby told me that a supermarket caught on fire...
I am listening to Natasha Bedingfield's song - Unwritten. Here are the lyrics:
I am unwritten, can't read my mind, I'm undefined
I'm just beginning, the pen's in my hand, ending unplanned
Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you can not find
Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Chorus:
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten
I break tradition, sometimes my tries, are outside the lines
We've been conditioned to not make mistakes, but I can't live that way
Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you can not find
Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Chorus:
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten
Staring at the blank page before you
Open up the dirty window
Let the sun illuminate the words that you can not find
Reaching for something in the distance
So close you can almost taste it
Release your inhibitions
Chorus:
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
Feel the rain on your skin
No one else can feel it for you
Only you can let it in
No one else, no one else
Can speak the words on your lips
Drench yourself in words unspoken
Live your life with arms wide open
Today is where your book begins
The rest is still unwritten
The rest is still unwritten
The rest is still unwritten
Thank you Natasha... Today is where my book begins, and the rest is still unwritten.
