Never Let Me Go

Today, I went to see the movie Never Let Me Go. This movie features Keira Knightley and is based upon a book written by a Japanese author.

This movie flashes back to a bunch of students who went to Hailsham School. Right from the beginning, we notice that something isn't quite right about this school. However, we don't exactly know what it is. We only know that there is a hint of what it might, since at the beginning of the movie, we were told that thanks to technology advancement, the life expectancy in about 1974 was 100 years old or something like that.

We learn through the movie that Hailsham School, along with other schools educate children that are donor children. They are the ones that donate organs so that people can live on.

There is also a love story thrown in with it as well as a life story... However, I will not go into those stories here.

A nice science-fiction movie. Not a thriller, but a nice science-fiction movie.
