Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri

On Tuesday, March 13, 2018, I went to see the movie Three Billboards Outside Ebbing, Missouri. This movie features Frances McDormand and Woody Harrelson.

The movie is about our main character, Mildred (playd by McDormand) who lost a daughter to a hideous crime (rape and body set ablaze) seven months ago.  She is frustrated because the police do not have any leads on this case.  So, she decides to buy billboard space to highlight the problem.

What happens is a dark comedy of twists and turns, with some bits of violence thrown in.  Though the ending irked me, I thought the acting was quite phenomenal.
