Fortune cookies

It's kind of eery the kind of fortunes that you get in fortune cookies. And of course, most people tell me that it's just random, that the machine puts a random comment in the cookie, and then when you pick your own fortune, or when a cookie gets handed to you, it is a random comment that you receive. However, in my case, it's kind of bizarre how the fortunes are somewhat accurate.

For example, tonight, I got the fortune: You have the ability to sense and known higher truth. This is kind of scary, since I tend to look at things long term, and can see where things are going, but perhaps because I have a good head on my shoulders, or an old soul. :)

I went to Blockbuster today, and the supervisor in charge couldn't help me, I have to go back tomorrow and talk to the Manager, to try and get him to give me a price adjustment. Just think... Blockbuster can give me my $8 + tax, even in store credit, and they would have a happy customer, who will return to make repeat purchases. Or, they can keep my $8 + tax, and have me never ever buy another thing from them again... I fear I'll be calling the Head Office in Toronto.
