More Air Canada Stupidity
I stumbled across this article today. Although, I heard about this somewhat on the news.
I have had experience with Canada. I didn't really enjoy the "customer service" I received recently. The flights were constantly delayed, the gates were constantly changing. No one knew their head from their asses.
And yet, they feel they need to add on baggage checking fees. What are we paying for exactly? Overpriced and crap quality food, shit customer service, rude service from front-line staff and now, baggage, which you cannot avoid, since it is practically impossible to travel without luggage. Not to mention, many of their staff are not eye-candy material...
Maybe if they actually focused on keeping their customers satisfied by offering good quality service and not shitty customer service and crap excuses, people might actually keep flying with Air Canada. Gee, what a concept!!!
