Videotron calling card - Ridiculous

Today, I got these calling cards from Videotron, because they are my new telephone provider. Their rates on these calling cards is 15 cents a minute to anywhere in Canada or U.S..

What type of rip-off deal is this? I can get calling cards at dollar stores or whatever, $5.00 for 400 minutes, or even ones where it's $1 for 200 minutes. The latter, however, suffer from the syndrome of disappearing minutes... When you get a quote about how many minutes are left on your card, you usually end up talking for half as many.

With deals like this, I would much rather just by calling cards, even if they are the rip off loonie cards with disappearing minutes...
