Cat-sitting, Day 5

I forgot to give an update for my cat-sitting adventures yesterday: Saturday, October 13, 2007.

Nothing really much to update today... Cats are eating regularly. The problematic/moody cat only hissed at me once or twice today, and attacked me only once with her declawed front paws. She actually even played a little while when I was playing with the other cat.

So, the moody cat is slowly warming up to me... She still freaks out however, when I attempt to pick her up to brush her, so that's still out of the question.

I understand that because she was a stray, and she was probably abandoned beforehand that takes her longer to trust strangers, but at the rate we're going, it's ridiculous... But animals are animals, and just like different children or people, we all have different rates at which we adapt. I find that ignoring her works.
