Just My Luck

Today, I saw the movie Just My Luck, featuring Lindsay Lohan and Chris Pine.

Now, I know that this movie did not get a lot of positive reviews. However, I went into it thinking that I was going to just look at Chris Pine on the big screen. And since that was my only expectation going into the movie, I ended up being pleasantly surprised.

The storyline of the movie is kind of cheesy. It's about Lindsay Lohan's character, who has always had good luck in her life. There is also Chris Pine's character, who has always had bad luck in his life. At the ball that she organized, she kissed some handsome stranger, who she thought was a dancer (turns out to be Chris Pine's character), and her luck got swapped. Then Lindsay Lohan's character gets a rung of bad luck.

The whole premise of the movie is about luck and luck transfer. But, there are some funny teen scenes... And for me, I liked seeing Chris Pine on the big screen. It was good enough to pay $8 to see Chris Pine on the big screen. Some of Chris Pine's outfits were very hot as well.

Of course, some of the things/mishaps could have been avoided. For example, if you accidentally put in half a box of Tide into the washing machine, you don't turn it on. You scoop out the Tide, and you put it back in the box, or you throw it out.

Also, the trick about the luck being stolen between the two of them by kissing each other, that gets old really quickly.
