I didn't really think that Megabus could get any worse, but...

I usually don't blog about something while I am in motion. So, if I do, it usually means I am pissed off at something, a lot...

I cannot wait until I am stationery to express my comments yet again to the Mega Bus Service getting worse.

Not only have we had incidents of Megabuses being in accidents with bridges or having the buses burst into flame and passengers losing their luggage, but they have now changed their stop in Kingston.

It used to be that in Kingston, you would get a break to get some food or stretch your legs. If you were really lucky, you could get a coffee at Tim Horton's.

However, the lovely people at Trentway-Wagar, who run the Megabus Service has decided to "shave time off of passengers' travels" by making the stop at Kingston drop-off/pick up only.

Right... Because as I am typing this, I am 30 minutes (minimum) behind schedule. The reason because they added stops (supposedly drop off and pick ups) at Cornwall and Brockville - which they were not. How does the math work out that you cut my coffee break and leg stretch break by 20 - 30 minutes and yet I am STILL 30 minutes behind schedule? I was 30 minutes behind schedule on the old schedule when they gave me my coffee break!

So, I don't have my leg stretching break. I am hungry. The food they offered at the back of the bus was all cold and crappy and expensive. My ticket prices did not go down. In my opinion, they should have since they have added stops along this route, which would mean extra income for the company. No, that is clearly not the case.

I used to really dislike Via Rail, but man... I didn't know that I could hate a company more than Via! I mean, Via screws things up a lot... But I had no idea that Trentway-Wagar would be a new low.

And not to mention, the Trentway-Wager customer service is crap too! I have yet to get an actual response back from any of the complaints I have made. Or even a response of sorts.

Trentway-Wager is like a pile of dung. From different animals, all layered in nice layers. And in the middle of it, there's a really really really rotten egg that smells of Sulphur... Oh wait, I think Trentway-Wager IS a pile of dung.
